Notary Surety Bond
Notary State law requires all Notaries to purchase and maintain Notary surety bond for the duration of their 4-year commission. The Notary bond protects the public of Texas against any financial loss due to improper conduct by a Texas Notary. The bond is not insurance protection for Texas Notaries. For your convenience, the Texas state filing fee is included with your bond purchase.

Processing your Texas application and bond form
Once you have completed your online notary application, we will electronically summit it to the State for processing and once we get your commission approval, we will then make your notary stamp and supplies ordered for you to be shipped.
